- We make no warranties regarding the quality, authenticity, safety, condition, or fitness for purpose of any item listed on VizBid.
- Damaged goods: We are NOT responsible for items that arrive damaged, defective, broken, or in a condition inconsistent with the seller's description.

- No guaranteed delivery times: All delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by VizBid.
- Lost packages: Lost-in-transit claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will provide tracking info upon request but bear no financial responsibility for lost shipments.
- Incorrect addresses: Buyers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address entry.
- Pickup orders: For in-store pickup, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the item upon collection at 1230 Samples Industrial Drive, Suite 600, Cumming, GA 30041.
