How It Works
You pay for the item
When you win an auction or buy an item, your payment is securely processed. The funds are held in our secure escrow system, not sent directly to the seller.
Seller ships the item
The seller is notified to ship the item. You'll receive tracking information to monitor the delivery.
You confirm delivery
Once you receive the item and inspect it, you confirm delivery in your dashboard. This releases the funds to the seller.
Something wrong?
If the item is damaged, missing, or not as described, you can Report an Issue within 3 days of delivery (or estimated delivery). This freezes the payment while we investigate.
