To sell equipment on VizBid, you must:

• Pay an annual, non-refundable seller subscription fee
• Maintain an active subscription to continue listing items
• Agree to platform commission on all sales (configurable percentage)
• Maintain an active VizBid account in good standing
• Provide accurate contact and payment information

Subscription Details:

• Seller subscription is valid for 1 year from payment date
• You will receive renewal reminders 30 days before expiration
• Expired sellers cannot create new listings until renewal
• Active listings remain visible after expiration but cannot be edited
• Each seller receives a unique Seller ID for tracking

YOU, THE SELLER, ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Accuracy of Descriptions: All item descriptions, specifications, conditions, and images must be truthful and accurate
• Item Condition: You guarantee items are in the condition described and free from undisclosed defects
• Authenticity: All items must be authentic and not counterfeit or stolen
• Legal Compliance: Ensuring you have legal right to sell items and comply with all applicable laws
• Fulfillment: Delivering sold items to buyers or arranging pickup within agreed timeframes
• Customer Service: Responding to buyer inquiries and resolving disputes directly
• Taxes: All tax obligations related to your sales
• Liability Claims: Any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your listings or sales

VizBid explicitly disclaims all liability for:

• Item descriptions, accuracy, condition, or authenticity
• Seller misrepresentations, fraud, or misconduct
• Item defects, safety issues, or fitness for purpose
• Non-delivery, late delivery, or shipping damages
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Any losses, damages, or injuries related to sold items
• Violations of intellectual property rights
• Legal compliance issues related to seller listings

Buyers purchase items "AS-IS" directly from sellers. VizBid makes no warranties regarding items listed for sale.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VizBid, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from:

• All claims, lawsuits, and legal actions related to your listings
• Any breach of these Seller Terms
• Misrepresentations or inaccuracies in your listings
• Intellectual property infringement claims
• Product liability claims related to items you sell
• Violations of laws or third-party rights
• All legal fees and costs incurred in defending such claims

Sellers may NOT list:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained items
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Dangerous or recalled items
• Items prohibited by law or regulations
• Items with misleading or false descriptions

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, listing removal, and legal action.

• Platform commission is automatically deducted from sale proceeds
• Sellers receive net proceeds (sale price minus commission) via Stripe
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Refunds for canceled sales are subject to platform policies
• VizBid reserves the right to withhold payments for suspected fraud or disputes

• All listings are subject to admin review before going live
• VizBid reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion
• Listing approval does not constitute verification of accuracy or endorsement
• VizBid is not liable for approved listings that violate these terms

By listing items on VizBid, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Buyers cannot return purchased items for any reason
• No refunds will be provided to buyers after purchase completion
• You must provide accurate and complete item descriptions
• All images must accurately represent the item's actual condition
• Any defects or issues must be clearly disclosed in the listing

VizBid may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Violations of these Seller Terms
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Multiple buyer complaints
• Non-delivery or poor performance
• Legal violations
• Non-renewal of annual subscription

Seller subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination or expiration.

• Sellers must resolve disputes with buyers directly
• VizBid may provide dispute resolution assistance at our discretion
• Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration
• Sellers waive the right to class action lawsuits

VizBid reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms at any time. Continued use of seller features after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
